RAFFLE RULES:

1. Void where prohibited by law
2. Donations for the 2001 Chrysler Prowler Raffle are: 1 ticket for $100
3. Donations are not tax deductible contributions
4. Online payment is accepted through Paypal
5. Mail-in donations may be in the form of a check or money order and should be made payable to Lourdes Academy and sent to: 1014 Halifax Ave., Daytona Beach, FL 32118
6. Ticket will be mailed within 10 working days
7. If an entrance check or credit card through Paypal is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment plus bank service charges are received by Lourdes Academy prior to drawing
8. Winners need not be present to win
9. Grand Prize: 2001 Pearl Orange Chrysler Prowler and Matching Trailer
10. 2^nd Prize: $5000 Cash
11. 3^rd Prize: $1000 Cash
12. The winners will be determined by a random drawing on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at the Festa Italiana at Lourdes Academy, 1014 Halifax Ave., Daytona Beach, FL 32118
13. The winners will be posted on the website at www.ProwlerRaffle.com and by certified letter on the next business day
14. Car and Cash will be available for pick up after April 18, 2010
15. The winner is responsible for all licensing, registration, title, license plate, shipping, and all other fees,  local, state, and federal taxes including all applicable sales, use, luxury, income and special taxes
16. This car is raffled without any warranty and won as is
17. Car will not be modified by Lourdes Academy to meet specific local, state or county requirements
18. The 2001 Prowler will be insured throughout the duration of the raffle
19. All proceeds, less prizes and expenses benefit Lourdes Academy
20. Purchasers of raffle tickets must legibly write their name on each raffle ticket.   If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the entrant
21. Only winners may pick up prizes, Lourdes Academy has no obligation for delivery to any person other than winners
22. Be sure to retain your raffle ticket stub in the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner, you will be required to produce your raffle ticket stub
23. In the event that all tickets are not sold, Lourdes Academy has the option of extending the drawing to a future date to be determined and displayed at www.ProwlerRaffle.com
